The second album from this band from Germany.
The band was a duo with a lineup of bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
One guest added drums.
The band returned again, two years after their good debut album.
A Layman's Guide To Unobtainium clocks in at sixty-four minutes.
The music is symphonic prog.
The music here is pretty melodic and has a lot of neo-prog influences. It is therefore only fair to label this album as a blend of symphonic prog and neo-prog.
The German band Argos is indeed a good reference here.
The music is also a blend of instrumental pieces and songs. The vocals are really good and the band does a good job.
The result is a good album and one to check out.
