The fifth album from this band from USA.
The band was a duo of Donald Fagen and Walter Becker with a lineup of bass, guitars, piano, keyboards and vocals.
They got help from some guests who provided drums, haldorophone, percussion, vibes, bass, guitars, piano, keyboards, woodwinds and backing vocals.
Their two previous albums, Pretzel Logic and Katy Lied, were great. Hence I had some expectations to this three quarters of an hour long album too.
The music is quirky art-rock with some jazz influences. The type of music this band made their own music.
The vocals is good and the band plus the guests does a good job too.
There is no great hits here. The overall quality is very good though and on par with Katy Lied.
This is another very good Steely Dan album and one to check out.
