The band was a quintet with a line-up of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
The band returned again after a ten years long album break. This is their first album this century.
Wake The Sleeper is clocking in at fifty minutes.
The music here is hard rock with some blues influences.
The music is pretty hard throughout.
There are some melodic stuff here too.
The guitars are very good. Mick Box does a great job here.
The vocals is very good too.
This is one of the best Uriah Heep albums and a very welcome return to form. This is indeed a good album and one to check out.
