The second and final album from this band from Sweden.
This was a one-man-band with Andreas Hedlund playing bass, guitars, organ, keyboards, mellotron, drums programming and doing the vocals.
Andreas Hedlund have had a long career in the metal genre before he set up this project which released two albums. I reviewed the debut album earlier this month and was not particularly impressed. It is a decent enough album.
Imaginative is a fifty minutes long album. Classic Scandinavian neo-prog is the call here. Hence, the same genre as on the debut album.
The sound on this album... well, it sounds like an album recorded in a bedroom. Some of the instruments are not well played at all. The vocals leaves a lot to be desired.
There are some decent stuff here... but there are also some pretty poor stuff here.
This is not an album I can recommend, hand on heart. Sorry.....
