The second and final album from this project from Sweden.
The line-up here was drums, percussion, bass, guitars, mandolin, harp, keyboards, clavinet, synths, organ and bassoon.
A number of guests added bass, harp, woodwinds and vocals/choir.
Their debut album Bilbo was a pretty good album. I was therefore looking forward to review the follow up album too. Sadly, this is the final album from this duo.
Dreamsongs clocks in at sixty-four minutes.
The music is symphonic prog.
There are still some folk music influences here. But not as much as on their debut album. The music is more influenced by classical music.
There are a lot of keyboards here.
The music is complex and symphonic throughout. It is also pretty good too. There are some substandard music here too. I am not really won over by this album.
