Radiant Moon - Now's The Time (2024)

The debut album from this band from USA.

The band was a quartet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards, clarinet, trumpet and vocals.

I became aware of this fifty minutes long album through ProgArchives and got a copy of it for review.

The album was described as classic progressive rock by the band and that is the reason why I got this album.

The music is indeed classic progressive rock with a lot of Yes and Genesis references. There are even some Gentle Giant references here too. The Gentle Giant references are due to the sound.

The music has some guitars, piano and some trumpets which is very effective and good. The clarinet brings the music almost into Jethro Tull territory at times.

The music is pretty slick too. The sound is contemporary and good.

The vocals is pretty good and so is the music. I am not entirely won over due to not all the music being good. Those into classic progressive rock should check out this album.
