One guest added keyboards.
The band returned again with this fifty minutes long album.
This album is their proper breakthrough and is now regarded as a semi-classic in the power metal and progressive metal genres.
The band is still influenced by early years Iron Maiden. There are still a lot of power metal in their music too.
The band has moved a lot in the direction of progressive metal. Although the migration over to this genre is not complete, there is a lot of progressive metal here.
The light, screaming male vocals are a bit of an acquired taste and not really the type of vocals I find comfortable good. They are pretty good.
The general quality is decent enough. The music is suffering a lot from the 1980s sound and this album has not aged well. This is a decent enough album.
