The fifth album from this band from Great Britain.
The band was a one-man-band where Martin Morgan did the bass, guitars, synths and programming.
Two guests added drums and bass on one track.
This fifty-five minutes long album is the latest album from a band who album debuted back in 2004. Martin Morgan is in involved with a lot of things and the album frequency is sporadic. The previous album was released ten years ago.
I have reviewed most, if not all the Yak albums in ProgArchives and in # 1 of this blog. I have given them good reviews too.
The music here is a blend of instrumental symphonic prog and cinematic rock.
The music is elegant, epic and mid-tempo. There is a lot of guitars and some synths here.
The overall quality is good. This is one of the far too few good instrumental albums released during the last couple of years. Check out this album.
