The 10th album from this project from Great Britain.
The core of the project was a duo with a lineup of piano, organ, keyboards, synths, drum programming and vocals.
A number of guests, including a symphony orchestra, added drums, percussion, bass, guitars, synths, strings, woodwinds and vocals.
The project returned again two years after the previous album.
Gaudi clocks in at forty minutes.
The music is pomp pop/rock.
The music is commercial, elegant and pretty engaging. My guess is that the album spawned some hit singles as there is some songs here who sounds familiar to me. This is from when I was listening to the radio. Something I have stopped doing decades ago.
The music does not sound too outdated either.
The music is decent enough and this is one of the better albums from The Alan Parsons Project.
