The eight album from this band from USA.
The band was a duo of Donald Fagen and Walter Becker with a lineup of bass, guitars, piano, keyboards and vocals.
They got help from numerous guests who provided drums, percussion, vibraphone, vibes, bass, guitars, piano, keyboards, woodwinds and backing vocals.
The band returned again after a twenty years long break.
The band has finally been able to use the CD concept and has therefore fleshed out the lenght of an album to fifty minutes.
The music is still a blend of quirky jazz influenced art-rock. This time, there are also a lot of funk and soul too.
The main vocals are supported by some female backing vocals.
The quality is somewhere between decent and good. This is their least interesting album so far and not an album I want to remember them for.
