Uriah Heep - Sonic Origami (1998)

The 19th album from this band from Great Britain.

The band was a quintet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.

The band returned again after a three years long album break.

I have not been particular impressed by their latest albums. But I am still cracking on with reviewing all their albums.

Sonic Origami is clocking in at seventy-five minutes.

The music here is a blend of hard rock and AOR.

The music is a blend of fast, mid-tempo and slow ballads. The music is varied and the thirteen songs, all of which are around the five minutes long mark, are well put together and give this album a good variation of songs.

The band does a good job and the vocals are very good.

There are no cringe-worthy songs here. There are even a couple of good songs here and some decent songs.

This album offers good value for money and is one of the band's post '70s better albums. It is indeed a pretty good album and one to check out.
