The second album from this band from Hungary.
The band was a duo with a lineup of bass, guitar, keyboards, synths, drum programming and vocals.
One guest added a guitar solo on one of the tracks.
I had the pleasure of reviewing their 2023 debut album One Man's Grief some days ago and that was a very good album. Their new album is high on ProgArchives list of albums of the year too so I was looking forward to reviewing it.
The extended version of this album is clocking in at eighty minutes while the normal version is clocking in at fifty-five minutes. This is a review of the extended version. This version of the album is offering the best value for money.
The music is melancholic art-rock with a lot of post-rock influences. Gazpacho is a good reference on this album.
The music is a bit ambient at times. The main parts of this album is dynamic with some good vocals.
The result is a good album indeed. I still prefer their debut album to this one... but this is still an album you should check out.
