The debut album from this band from Italy.
The band was a sextet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
The band has just released their second album. An album I will review later this year. But I will first review this, their debut album.
The album is clocking in at three quarters of an hour.
The music is epic neo-prog with some symphonic prog and heavy prog influences. Although this is not RPI, there is a lot of RPI structures in their music too.
There are some vocals here inbetween some long and epic instrumental parts. Some of the instrumental parts are good, heavy guitar solos. There are also some acoustic guitars pieces here.
The vocals reminds me about Peter Gabriel and the vocalist in The Watch (same vocalist ??). The vocals are great.
Their music does indeed remind me about The Watch, a band I really rate highly.
This is indeed a very good album and a bit of a surprise to me as they have been flying under my radar.
