The debut album from this band from the Czech Republic.
This band was a twelve-piece big band with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, electric violin, clavinet, piano, woodwinds and vocals.
This band released two albums between 1978 and 1980 before the two main persons in the band managed to emigrate to USA and the rest of the band split up. I will review their second album in some days' time.
The music on this forty minutes long album is somewhere between fusion and jazz. Weather Report is a good reference here.
The fusion here is mid-tempo with some pastoral pieces.
There are a lot of flutes and female voices on this album in addition the woodwinds. The sound is good throughout this album.
