The fourth album from this band from Norway.
The band was a quartet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards, samples and vocals.
Some guests added strings, flute and backing vocals.
The band returned to the rock band format again after their folk music album Duun. A good album but also a one-off album and I presume a concept album.
The fifthy minutes long The Beauty Of Our Youth takes us back to their genre.. melancholic art-rock.
Their music still got both some folk rock and a lot of post-rock influences.
References here are both Sigur Ros and Gazpacho.
The music is melodic and the vocals is very good.
This album is their best album so far and a very good album in it's own right. Check out this band.
