Benjamin's Kite - Celestial Indulgences (2026)

The fourth album from this band from Canada.

The band was a quintet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, piano, organ, keyboards, mellotron, synths and vocals.

I have really enjoyed their second and their third album as you can read in the reviews of them in this blog. So I was looking forward to reviewing this, their new album too.

This album is three quarters of an hour long.

The music is a blend of neo-prog, old Genesis and Rush, the Presto era.

The music is melodic, slick and a bit commercial.

The vocals is very good and ditto for the guitars. The mellotron and organs is adding a lot of extra texture and details to the music.

The result is another good album from this band. A band I hope we will hear a lot more from in the future.
