The debut album from this band from Italy.
The band was a quartet with a lineup of drums, bass, keyboards and vocals.
This band has just released their new album, their second album. Before I review that album, I also want to review their debut album, this album. A review of their new album will follow later this month.
Images From Floating Worlds was released as a demo CD and is a thirty-five minutes long album.
The music is mainly symphonic prog with some neo-prog influences.
There are a lot of both ELP and Yes influences here. Some Triumvirat influences are also evident.
The music is pretty elegant throughout and the music is pretty unique too.
The vocals is good, although very theatrical at times.
The result is a good album who, if there was any justice in this world, should get a proper release on a proper label sometimes soon. That I afraid will never happen.
