The second album from this band from USA.
The band was a duo with a lineup of bass, guitars, keyboards, programming and vocals.
In other words, Lifting Line Theory is Chris Caroll on all instruments and Little Miss on vocals.
The music on this three quarters of an hour long album is, as on the debut album, a blend of heavy prog and US symphonic prog.
Little Miss vocals are both very good and prominent in the mix. The sound is very good and there is a lot of harmonies, vocals and guitars, on this album.
The music is mostly mid-tempo and the ambience is both warm and inviting.
The music is melodic too.
The overall quality is good. I had hoped that this duo had kicked on and taken more chances and expanded their music a bit after the release of their debut album. But I cannot complain about this album, though.
