The fifth album from this band from Great Britain.
The band was a trio with a lineup of drums, percussion, guitars and vocals.
A handful of guests added bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
The band returned again to the studio after only a short break after last year's Five Steps On The Sun opus. That was a very good album.
Distorted Mirror is a three quarters of an hour long album.
The previous album had a lot of King's X influences. Those are largely gone on this, the follow up album.
Their take on neo-prog is also a lot softer and has crossed into melodic mainstream rock with some classic pop influences.
The vocals is good one some rather forgettable wishy-washy songs. This album is therefore a bit of a letdown and not up their normal high standards.
