D Sound - Kisember (2002)

The debut album from this band from Hungary.

The band was a trio with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars and keyboards.

One guest delivered vocals on one track.

This is another band from Hungary who only released two albums before they split up. Both albums are being reviewed in this blog. The review of their second album will be posted early next week.

Kisember is clocking in at one hour.

The music on this album is a blend of psych rock and space rock. Good references are Pink Floyd, Sensation Fix and Hawkwind.

The music is both melodic and a bit trippy. The music is also pretty muscular with some good guitars and keyboards.

Most of the music is instrumental. There are some good vocals here too.

The overall quality is good and this is another quality album from this country in the Eastern Europe.
