The debut album from this band from Hungary.
The band was a quintet with a line-up of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
Three guests added violin, cello and saxophone.
This is another new band to me as I recently got this album. The album has been released through Bandcamp.
Hidden Door is clocking in at seventy minutes.
The music is a blend of neo-prog and art-rock. There are also some indie-rock influences here.
The music is mid-tempo, mellow, slightly melancholic and song-based. The music is not particularly complex.
The music is guitar-based. There are some keyboards based piano and strings here too.
The female vocals here are very good and the focal point of their songs.
The overall quality is pretty good. The quality of the vocals elevates this album to a good rating. I hope we will hear a lot more from this band in the future.
