The debut album from this band from Sweden.
The band was a quintet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
The band released three albums between 1977 and 1982. Their two last albums were pop/rock albums and I am not that interested in that genre so I am giving both those albums a wide berth/not reviewing them.
....Actually, I have been told in a post in ProgArchives that I am wrong when it comes to their second album so I may get it and review it later this year.... Something I indeed will do.
The music on this forty minutes long album is symphonic prog. References are both Genesis, Kaipa and to a lesser degree...Camel.
There are also some folk rock and some pop/rock influences here too.
The vocals are good and the music has it's qualities. The music is pretty subtle. It is also good.
This is a surprisingly good album and a hidden gem in the Scandinavian symphonic prog scene. Fans of this genre should check out this album.
