Alex has returned to symphonic prog on this album.
The music is epic, bold, muscular, operatic and melodic. There is some baroque music here. There are also some neo-prog influences.
Alex has still retained some heavy prog and Porcupine Tree influences on this album. Some of the songs here are indeed in the heavy prog genre.
This is an enjoyable album and a very good album indeed. It is one of his best albums, if not his best album to this date. Check out this album.
