The fourth album from this band from Sweden.
The band was a quartet with a lineup of drums, percussion, bass, guitars, keyboards, synths and programming.
This is the follow up album to last year's comeback album Assorted Affections. A pretty good album I reviewed last year in # 3 of this blog.
The music on this eighty minutes long album is a blend of neo-classical music and symphonic prog.
The album is indeed made of seven acts, Epiqurium Act I - VII. All of them performed with a mix of guitars, bass, drums, keyboards and programmed strings.
All the music has a neo-classical music structure. Some of the music is bordering to being cheesy.
The music is not particular exciting. Nevertheless, there are some good and some not so good pieces of music here. Hence...
