The second album from this artist from France.
Tom Penaguin did the drums, bass, guitars, electric piano, synths and tapes here.
After being a member of several bands, he album debuted in 2022 with the Soundtrack For Places I Have Never Been, Vol 1. A decent enough electronica album as I noted in my review earlier this month.
Tom Penaguin is a forty minutes long album. The music is instrumental and in the Canterbury scene genre.
There is alot of Hatfield & The North, National Health and Egg references in the music here. In particular is the Egg references notable.
There is a very good organ sound here and this organ sound is as distorted as the organs used by Egg and the two other above mentioned bands.
The music is a bit short in variations and details. It is still a pretty good album and one to check out if the Canterbury scene and instrumental organ based music is your thing.
I hope to review Tom's new album later this year.
