The band was a duo with a lineup of drums, percussion, bass, guitars, synths and vocals.
The band released their new album earlier this year and I thought it was only fair to review their debut album before I review their new album early next week.
Into Atalantia is clocking in at half an hour.
The music is a blend of cinematic rock, 1990s pop-rock and AOR. There is also some electronica here.
The music is both muscular and melodic. The music is based on guitars, synths and some sporadic vocals.
The sound quality is a bit poor in some places. The sporadic vocals are pretty good.
The music is run-of-the-mill and pretty generic. The duo is playing it safe on this album. Safe and a bit dull.
The result is a decent enough album. It is also a bit of a disappointing album. I hope their new album is far better than this album.
