Boston - Life, Love And Hope (2013)

The sixth album from this band from USA.

The band was now it's founder Tom Scholz on drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.

Some guests added percussion, bass, guitars, keyboards, harmonica, flute and vocals.

Their previous album Corporate America (2002) was a pretty disappointing pop-metal album and a disaster according to the band owner Tom Scholz.

The forty minutes long Life, Love And Hope should therefore be an improvement, if Tom Scholz had learned the lessons from Corporate America.

Some of the music here is reworked ideas and songs from that album. Brad Delph's vocals appear on some tracks, long after his passing. There are also a lot of female vocals here.

The music is a blend of pop-metal and mainstream rock/pop.

The music is wishy washy bland and there is not much to be enjoyed on this album. This is an album even worse than Corporate America and an album best ignored.
