Ankh - Ziemia i Słońce (1995)

The second album from this band from Poland.

The band was a quartet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, violin, keyboards and vocals.

This is the follow up album to their 1994 self-titled debut album. A very colourful album, indeed.

This album clocks in at fifty-five minutes and the music is a blend of heavy prog and folk rock.

There is also some art-rock and eclectic prog in their sound.

The pretty good vocals are in their native tongue Polish and there are a lot of violins here. The guitars are also very much present here.

The sound is good and the music is really muscular.

There are some good songs here and some decent ones. This is a pretty good album and well worth checking out.
