Harald Plontke were involved in some local bands before he went his own ways with Eiyen. The band name means eternity in Japanese and the music very much reflects that band name.
Sea Of Love clocks in at seventy minutes.
The music here is art-rock.
There is a lot of various influences and genres on this album. From symphonic prog to psych rock, cinematic rock, Americana and dream pop.
The music is mid-tempo to slow. It is also songs based. The music is really varied and melodic.
The music is well crafted and the music is really good. Harald Plontke has worked on the music for many years so only time will tell if he want to put himself through this process again and write/record more albums. I hope he does.
