The ninth album from this artist from Norway.
Ole G. Nilssen did the guitars and vocals here.
He had help from a guest who added drums, melodica, programming and backing vocals.
Ole G. Nilssen returned again after a three years long album break.
Oceans And Wastelands clocks in at seventy minutes.
The music is vintage pomp pop/rock.
The music harks back to the early 1960s too. That's before The Beatles freshened up the pop music and made the kind of music on this album obsolete.
This pre-The Beatles pop music has been Ole G. Nilssen's music since his second album. There are some pomp symphonic rock on this album too. But most of this is vintage pop music.
The vocals is good. The music is barely good. This is a decent album but just that.
