The debut album from this band from USA.
The band was a sextet with a lineup of percussion, drums, keyboards, guitars, bass and vocals.
The band released two albums before they gave up the ghost. I reviewed their second/final album Deliquesce (2016) back in June 2018 and awarded it a decent rating. The review is here. The music on that album is a blend of neo-prog and progressive metal.
Red Sky Ruminations is clocking in at fifty-five minutes.
The music here is a blend of indie rock, heavy prog and art-rock. There is also some soul and funk in their music too.
The music is mid-tempo to fast. It is to a great deal party-music. The music is colourful and lively.
The music is performed with a blend of keyboards and guitars. Add the male and female vocals on the top of those again.
The sound is good. The male and female vocals are good.
The music is pretty good throughout. There are some decent and some good stuff here.
This is indeed a pretty good album and one to check out.
