The third album from this band from USA.
The band were a quartet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
The band returned again after a three years long break.
Light And Shade clocks in at three quarters of an hour.
The music here is heavy prog.
The band started out as a Rush tribute act. Their debut album had the 2112 sound and were in that direction. The band then moved a lot away from Rush on their second album.
There are still a lot of Rush in their music, though. Enough to interest a Rush fan like myself.
The music is both melodic and pretty heavy. This album is still their least heavy, least hard album.
Most of the vocals are female vocals. There are also some male lead vocals here.
The music is both interesting and good.
This is their final album so far. I hope the band will return again for one or more albums. This is a good, charming band.
