The debut album from this band from France.
The band was a duo with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
A number of guests added bass, violin, cello and woodwinds.
This band has just released their second album and I will review that album later this month.
Equilibrium is clocking in at seventy minutes. Most of the album is studio tracks. There is a couple of live tracks too here.
The music is best described as psych rock. Good old psych rock with the 1970s sound and feel.
The music is melodic and a quirky. There is some jazz influences and prog rock influences here too.
The music has a lot of good style keyboards and guitars. This in addition to the male and female vocals. Both are good vocals.
The music is on average good. There is no great songs here but it is pretty evident that this is a talented band and I hope to hear a lot from them in the future.
