The debut album from this band from Norway.
The band was a one-man-band with Bård Titlestad doing the keyboards, electronics and vocals.
I have got hold of the three Bandcamp albums Oberon has released and will review them before the end of the year.
This seventy-six minutes long album consists of three shorter album merged into one album.
The music is therefore a bit of a patchwork.
Take elegant pop/rock and some piano pieces among cascades of ambient drone music.
The elegant pop/rock music here showcases an artist with lots of talents. The (far too) few proper songs here are pretty good.
Then we get the drone material which is not that interesting. The piano pieces are pretty decent.
This is therefore (barely) a decent enough album. Check it out at Oberon's Bandcamp page if this sounds interesting.
