The fifth album from this band from The Netherlands.
The band was a trio with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars and keyboards.
One guest added xylophone.
After three albums as a neo-prog band with vocals, Triangle became an instrumental symphonic prog band. That happened on the previous album and the band continues as an instrumental band on the one hour long Se7en.
The band has also moved a lot closer to cinematic rock on this album too.
The music is also pretty eclectic too.
The missing vocals is still a loss and I am not convinced that the band has moved in the right direction. The music here is too much run-of-the-mill as there is so many bands and so much similar music out there.
This and their other albums are name-your-price Bandcamp albums and most definitely well worth checking out. A new album will also be released shortly from the same Bandcamp page.
