The debut album from this band from Italy.
The band was a quartet with a line-up of drums, vibraphone, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
This band has so far released three albums and they are all up for review here in the coming couple of weeks.
Working Travellers are clocking in at three-quarters of an hour.
The music here is symphonic prog.
ELP - Emerson, Lake & Palmer is an obvious reference here. So is indeed Keith Emerson's solo albums too. But there is more to the album than just that.
Some of the music is neo-classical music. This is intertwined with the symphonic prog here.
There is a lot of cascades of keyboards here. There is also a lot of vibraphone which works as percussion and adds spice to the music.
There are some vocals here which are decent enough.
The overall quality is pretty good. This is an acceptable debut album. I hope their remaining two albums is as good or even better than this album.
