The second album from this band from Brazil.
The band was a quartet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, synths and vocals.
This album clocks in at three quarters of an hour and it has been released through Bandcamp.
I have reviewed both their debut album and their newest album in this blog. Two good albums. That is why I was really looking forward to reviewing this album.
The music here is neo-prog with some heavy prog influences.
Skinner Project is one of the too few bands who are blending in some pretty heavy Rush influences with neo-prog. That is playing on the heart strings of a Rush fan. Mine heart strings, in other words.
The music is melodic, muscular and intricate. The vocals are good.
The overall quality is good and that makes this a likeable album from a very very likeable band. Check out this band.
