The second album from this band from Italy.
The band was a sextet with a lineup of drums, percussion, bass, guitars, keyboards, bassoon, flute and vocals.
A guest added vocals on one track.
This band has returned again after a seven years long break. Their 2018 self-titled album was review in May 2018, # 2 of this blog. A link to this review is here.
That album was a prog metal influenced take on the RPI genre. I gave it a good rating and really liked it. Hence, I jumped on the chance to review this, their follow up album.
The music on this fifty minutes long album is RPI.
The sound is modern and 2025'ish. The music is still classic RPI with a mix of some more muscular pieces and a lot of pastoral pieces. The music is very mellow at times with some good flutes, guitars and some great male Italian vocals.
The overall quality is good and this album would satisfy anyone into classic RPI.
