It took the band thirteen years and a relocation from Malta to the Czech Republic to follow up their good debut album.
Icons That Weep clocks in at three quarters of an hour.
The music here is a blend of neo-prog and more mainstream rock.
There are still some poppy 1980s-90s neo-prog here. But the band has moved a lot more towards sweet melodic mainstream rock.
The band does a good job here and the vocals are great.
The music here is too melodic and not enough complex, proggy to really warrant a good rating. The music is nice but does not have enough substance. Hence....
