The debut album from this band from France.
The band was a seven pieces big band with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
This band has so far released three albums. I am reviewing these three albums in the next couple of weeks.
This album is clocking in at fifty minutes.
The music here is heavy prog.
Riverside and in particular Porcupine Tree is a good reference here.
The music is hard and edgy. There are a lot of alternative rock and some grunge influences throughout the album.
The music is mostly mid-tempo and melancholic. The music is also pretty complex.
The music is mainly performed by guitars and keyboards. The rhythm section is tight and solid.
The vocals are both male and female. They are good.
The overall quality of the music is really good and this debut album has raised my hopes for their two other albums too. I really like this band.
