The debut album from this band from The Netherlands.
The band was a quartet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
This band released their new album, their fifth album, earlier this year and also made their albums available as name-your-price Bandcamp albums. Hence it makes sense to review the four albums I have yet to review.
I have already reviewed their third album, the 2016 album Alert & Alive back in April 2017 in # 2 of this blog and you can read this review here.
Square The Circle is an one hour and six minutes long album.
The genre is neo-prog. The band's music is well within the Dutch neo-prog tradition.
Most of the seven songs are clocking in at just over ten minutes. The music is pretty epic and still pretty melodic. There are also a lot of details here.
The music are pretty good throughout and there is no doubts this is a quality band. Something the good vocals also proves.
This is an album well worth checking out.
