The fourth album from this band from Romania.
The band was a quartet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, theremin, keyboards and vocals.
This band has had an interesting development over the last couple of albums. So I was looking forward to this album.
This album clocks in at fifty minutes and the music is a blend of art-rock and post-rock.
Take Gazpacho and Sigur Ros. Then imagine a crossbreed between these two Scandinavian bands. Then you get this album from Romania.
The music is ambient at the beginning before the music becomes a bit more art-rock and post rock like.
The vocals are in their local language (Romanian ?) and these male vocals are pretty good. They are downtuned and in tune with the music.
The music is really slow and understated. The music is still pretty good.
This album is a bit of a slow burner. Nevertheless, it is an album well worth checking out.
