The second album from this band from Italy.
The band was a quintet with a lineup of drums, bass, organ, electric piano, mellotron, synths and vocals.
This band was formed from the ashes of Wicked Minds, a band that released some albums. Albums I have reviewed in previous editions of this blog. I should have included this information in my review of their debut album some days ago... An album I really liked.
The album is clocking in at three quarters of an hour.
The music is again heavy prog.
The music is a bit more melodic and more symphonic progressive influenced this time around. There is a lot of the 1970s organ sound on this album.
There is indeed a great 1970s retro sound on this album. This despite the lack of guitars in their sound. Some of the music is even bordering on stoner rock.
The vocals are good. Ditto for the sound.
This is another good album from a band who I really like a lot. This is a band I hope we will hear a lot more from in the future.
