The second album from this band from Canada.
The band was a duo with a lineup of percussion, guitars, programming and vocals.
This band is this year's big hype and novelty band. I reviewed their debut album and was not impressed at all. The band's stage costumes are far more interesting than their music.
Vol.II is clocking in at forty minutes.
The music is math-rock.
The music is minimalistic and bare-boned. The music is basically one guitar, percussion and some voices. That is all.
The band has not expanded on the music from their debut album. It is more of the same.
There are some decent stuff here. Most of the music is pretty dire and pretty annoying. This band is a hype and a novelty act. It is not more than that.
