The debut album from this band from Iceland.
The band was a quintet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars, keytar, synths and vocals.
This band is new to me. I discovered them through ProgArchives as per usual.
This album is clocking in at fifty-five minutes.
The music is post-metal.
The music is big, bold and monumental. Tool is a good reference here. There is also some post-rock influences here.
The music is also very heavy with some doom and death metal stuff. Most of the music is leaning towards death and doom metal.
The vocals are growling and brutal.
The music is in other words esoteric and not for the faint-hearted. The quality is good and this is a more than acceptable debut album.
