OrsakOslo - In Irons (2023)

The second album from this band from Sweden.

The band was a quartet on this album with a lineup of drums, bass and guitars.

This is the follow up to their pretty dismal 2021 debut album Skimmer/Vemod. An album I reviewed earlier this month.

This forty-two minutes long album sees the band move into a proper outer space rock territory. The space rock also have some post-rock influences.

A good reference is the Danish band Papir.

The two guitarists has added a lot of guitars generated sound effects to their music too. That adds a lot to the sound on this album.

The music is mid-paced with some guitar solos.

The music is pretty basic space rock. This album is still an improvement on their debut album and I hope their new album, to be reviewed later this year, is an even bigger improvement.
