The debut album from this band from USA.
The band was a quartet with a line-up of drums, bass, guitars, keyboards and vocals.
This is a new band to me. They have just released their second album and I will review that album sometime later this week.
The Side Of Nowhere is clocking in at one hour.
The music is a blend of heavy prog and US mainstream rock. There are also some neo-prog and college rock influences here.
The music is slow, mid-tempo and fast. The whole range in other words. There are some hard parts here too and some more ballads pieces.
There are a lot of guitar harmonies and solos here. The piano is really good.
The vocals are mainly male vocals. There are also some female vocals here.
The music sounds fresh and youthful. Enthusiasm is what this album is full of.
The quality is good throughout this album and this is a more than acceptable debut album.
