The seventh album from this band from Spain.
The band was a quartet with a lineup of percussion, classic guitar, cello, harp, keyboards, woodwinds and vocals.
One guest added female vocals on one track.
Back in 2024, I reviewed their first six albums in # 3 of this blog and liked them a lot. This band is one of the better bands from Spain.
This album is clocking in at fifty minutes and the music is Spanish folk music.
The music is mostly traditional folk music with a few folk rock influences. There is a lot of classical acoustic guitars, flutes and male Spanish vocals here.
The music is pastoral and slow. The vocals are ethereal at times and very beautiful. The music is performed with old folk music instruments in addition to the guitars and vocals.
The music is therefore very eclectic. The pieces of music are pretty good though and this makes this album a pretty unique, esoteric experience for those of us not living in Spain.
