Seven That Spells - Acid Taking And Sweet Love Making (2011)

The eight album from this band from Croatia.

The band was a quartet with a lineup of drums, bass, guitars and vocals.

This band album debuted in 2003 with the album The Blowout and has so far released twelve albums. The last one in 2018 and it seems like the band has split up. I have had two of their albums hanging around for years. It is therefore about time to review both of them. The review of the second album will follow in a few days.

This album is clocking in at fifty two minutes and it contains five tracks.

The music here is space rock. Experimental free form improvised space rock, that is.

There are some female (?) vocals here. But most of the music is cascades of more or less distorted electric guitars.

There are some more melodic pieces here too. Most of the music is pretty intense space rock.

The music is pretty good throughout this album. Space rock fans will really enjoy this album. I should probably get the remaining ten albums too.
