The debut album from this band from Italy.
The band was a quintet with a lineup of drums, bass, electric piano, organ, mellotron, synths and vocals.
This is a new band to me and I discovered them through ProgArchives. Something I am grateful for.
The band has so far released two albums. This one and their second one in 2024. A review of that album will follow in some days time.
This album with the long winded title is clocking in at three quarters of an hour.
The music is good old 1970s hard rock with a lot of psych rock, folk rock and progressive rock influences. Heavy prog is the correct label here.
The sound is vintage 1970s with a great organ and mellotron sound. There are no guitars here at all. That is strange, but it really works.
The Swedish band Agusa is a good reference here.
The vocals are very good and ditto for the sound.
The result is a good album and one heavy prog fans should check out.
